These terms apply when you browse or buy from the Lashify Beauty store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and packaging may be updated over time. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery estimates, return eligibility, and the return process are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched — email us as quickly as possible if you need a change.

Using the product safely

Our heated eyelash curler is a cosmetic beauty tool intended for use on the eyelashes as described in its instructions. Please follow the included instructions, keep the device away from children, and stop using it if you experience any irritation or discomfort. Our products are not medical devices and we make no medical or clinical claims about them.

Intellectual property

The Lashify Beauty name, store content, images, and text belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
